Terms of trade

We’d like you to know what we can offer you and what we need in return to ensure your work is completed to the highest standard.

What you can expect from us

• We will carry out the work on time and to budget, in a professional and courteous manner and to the best of our ability.
• We will meet all of our commitments to you.
• We will respond to all requests for information or guidance within one working day.
• Our quotes are valid for a period of 30 days only unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Our quotes include the costs of all communications, postage and couriers, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Other third party costs may attract a handling fee.
• Our quotes do not cover the costs of stock or original photography or original illustrations unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Our quotes do not cover the cost of interstate or international travel.
• We will provide separate quotes for changes to the original scope of work.
• Our quotes for writing and editing cover the provision of three drafts only, working to the scope and with the materials on which the quote was based.
• Our quotes for design and layout cover the provision of three drafts only, working to the scope and with the materials on which the quote was based. We accept that minor amendments can and will be made, but reserve the right to charge extra for more than 5 amendments per page.
• Our quotes for research will contain all the details required.
