We write and edit so as to communicate clearly. Our aim is to drive a change in knowledge and behaviour through the right combination of audience, channel and message.
Some of our writing and editing is for public audiences, such as people seeking health information, people seeking to understand the intricacies of the health system, people with everyday legal problems seeking access to legal services and more.
Some is for more clearly delineated audiences, such as health professionals, quality and safety professionals, public legal assistance providers, researchers, members of the public service or agency staff.
In all cases, we work with the client to understand what they are trying to achieve, who the intended audience is, what they already know or believe, and what the strategic goals of the communication are.
